Best Linking Group was established in 2007 and listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019. It is a construction-related machinery and parts supplier and a slewing rings and other parts manufacturer.

The birthplace of the group's business is Kyoei Seiki Co., Ltd. (referred to as Kyoei), which is invested by Hong Kong Wing Fung Machinery Co., Ltd. and set up a slewing ring factory in mainland China in 2007. The core production technology, process standards, quality management system and culture of Kyoei Seiki are all provided by a Japanese chief engineer and consultant with more than 40 years of experience. We win word of mouth with quality, and our products are sold all over the world step by step. A number of overseas machineries parts leading companies have successively become our long-term customers, and we have also obtained the quality recognition of many famous companies such as Sumitomo Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Ishikawa Trading Co., Ltd., Japan Yutani Co., Ltd., and supporting their own machinery product. To this day, Kyoei Seiki continues to manufacture slewing rings for them, and continues to expand the product range.

With the change of the market and the increasing demands of customers, the group established Best Linking Ltd. (referred to as Best Linking) in Hong Kong in 2010, which is engaged in the local and export trade of various construction machinery and parts.
